So the promises here are backed by the way the product is built — your data exports on every tier, the platform is secured, the privacy is measurable, and every claim on this site is tested before it ships.
Your data is yours
Your masters and your catalog stay yours. Every workspace exports its recordings, split sheets and statements on every tier, including the free one — and a lapsed subscription never locks you out of your own rights data. Being owned by the artist is the point, not a feature.
Security
Row-level security is enforced by the database itself, so a query can only return your workspace's rows. Platform tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM behind a key held outside the database; cards are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers. All traffic is encrypted in transit.
Privacy that is real, not stated
A link click is recorded as a service, a country, a device class and a referrer — no cookie, no IP address, and a visitor hash that rotates daily so it can never become an identifier. You can export or delete your personal data on request, and the privacy policy says exactly what is and is not collected.
A guarantee behind the price
Start free with no card. On any paid plan there is a 30-day money-back guarantee you trigger yourself from billing settings — no email, no questions — and your data stays exportable the whole time. Cancel from settings whenever you like; there is no per-seat billing to game.
Every claim is tested by the build
This is the unusual one. Before any version of the site ships, automated checks read the database and fail the build when a sentence and the code disagree: numbers and promises are audited, the tools' arithmetic is tested to the cent, the operating company is named in structured data on every host, and an announcement cannot be dated in the future. A page here cannot say a thing the product does not do.
A real company you can name
SNVRKOTICS LLC is the operating company behind every division and every host, and it says so in the structured data on each one. There is a newsroom with a named contact, a partners desk, and support from a person — the things that separate a company from a landing page.
What we do not claim
The assurances we are not yet in a position to give
A trust page that only lists strengths is the least trustworthy kind. As a young company, here is what we have not done — stated plainly, and kept current on the security page.
- We have not completed a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or equivalent certification, and do not claim one.
- We do not offer a contractual uptime commitment or service level agreement.
- We have not commissioned an independent penetration test, and do not run a paid bug bounty — though we want to hear from researchers.
