For managers
Six clients, six distributors, one way of reading them
Every client’s catalog and statements live in a workspace they own and you can read. The monthly question — what did each of them earn, and where — is answered from the statements rather than assembled from six dashboards.
The run
From the client's statement to the client's report
The client keeps the account. You keep the overview. Neither depends on the other staying.
- 1
A workspace per client
The client owns it. You are a member with the role they gave you, and you leave it the way you found it if the relationship ends.
- 2
Their statements, read
Whatever distributor each client uses, the statement imports the same way and reads the same way: by store, country, track and month.
- 3
The monthly answer
What each client earned, where it came from, what changed, and which store they depend on — from the statements, not from memory.
- 4
The report they can keep
A consolidated workbook per client, every figure a live formula, that goes to their accountant without you in the loop.
Payouts
A run per client that reconciles to the cent
The quarter’s net lands, each share is allocated by largest remainder, and what goes out equals what came in. The client sees the same run you do, on the same numbers.

The reading
What the breakdown says, with the figure beside it
A store above sixty percent of earnings is named with its share and its money. A tail of small stores is totalled. Two tracks carrying most of the catalog are pointed out. Every observation cites the number it came from, and none of it recommends a distributor — that would be an advertisement, and a client cannot tell which.
Switches
Moving a client between distributors without losing a month
The old distributor pays a tail for months after takedown. Import both sides and the reader flags the months they overlap and the months nobody downloaded, above the totals, so the caveat is read before the number.
Releases
A release link per client, built in a minute
NVR.to links route by country and device, report which store the audience actually uses, and identify nobody. On Pro, each client’s links live on a domain the client owns.
Pitching
A catalog a supervisor can clear
Codes, writers, publishers and split sheets on file for every recording mean a sync pitch can be answered the same day it is asked. That is the whole difference between a client who gets placements and one who gets considered.
Start with one client
Import their last statement, read the breakdown, and send them the report.
