Our principles
We help everyone we can.
SNVRKOTICS is infrastructure — a ledger that keeps rights and royalties straight — and infrastructure works best when it's open. We don't gate it on who you are or what you make. If music is in the middle of what you do, there's almost certainly a way for us to help, and if there is, we will.
What open means here
Four things we hold to
Not slogans — the ways this actually shows up in how the product treats you.
No taste test
We don't decide whose music deserves tools. Genre, politics, language, where you're from and how many listeners you have are not entry conditions. A rights ledger doesn't need to like the record to keep the split straight.
We're not a censor
SNVRKOTICS holds your catalog, your statements and your links. We don't editorialize what's in them, we don't rank you by opinion, and we don't quietly bury a link because of what it points to. Your data is yours, exportable whenever you want.
We measure services, not people
NVR.to counts a click as a store and a country and a device class — never as a person to profile. An audience is something to reach honestly, not a dataset to sell.
The limits are the law, not our mood
The one thing we can't do is help with what's actually illegal — fraud, infringement, and the specific things our acceptable-use policy names. That line is drawn by law and written down, so it's the same for everyone and never a matter of who we felt like helping that day.
Where "can" ends
Honest about the edge
"Everyone we can" is not "everyone, no matter what." We can't help launder fraud, distribute what infringes someone else's rights, or the specific abuses our policy spells out. That boundary is the law and a written rule — applied the same way to a stadium act and a first upload.
Read the acceptable-use policyAnd if you're unsure
Just ask
Nonprofits, students, community labels, people making something we haven't thought of — if you're not sure whether there's a fit, tell us what you're doing. We would much rather find a way than turn you away.
