What a deal looks like here
The account stays in the artist's name
A major signs the recordings and the artist works inside its systems. Here the recordings, the statements and the links live in a workspace the artist owns; the label is a member of it, with the role the deal gives it.
Ownership
Masters and publishing stay where the split sheet says they are. A deal is a share on that sheet, signed before release, not a transfer.
Statements
Every distributor's statement, imported and read as one catalog, with overlaps and gaps flagged. The artist sees the same numbers the label sees.
Payouts
Runs allocated by largest remainder to the cent, from the sheet everyone signed. What goes out equals what came in.
Reach
NVR.to links on the artist's own domain, sync through the storefront, editorial photography through SNVRK IMAGES, garments through the fashion division.
Signing
What we look for
A catalog, however small, that you own or can document. Statements from wherever it is distributed. A reason the next release is bigger than the last. We read every application; we sign very few, and we say which within thirty days.
Management
What management means here
Your workspace, our reading of it. Statements interpreted every month, releases planned from the store and territory breakdown, sync pitched from a catalog whose paperwork is done, and a link strategy that measures without surveilling. You keep the account.
