How it works

The whole model is that you never leave the car and never wait to browse. Choosing happens before you arrive; the lane is only for collecting and swapping.
Order ahead
Pick your pieces and sizes in the SNVRKOTICS app or online, pay, and get a pickup code. The lane never becomes a place you shop from your car — the choosing happens before you arrive.
Pull into the lane
Drive in and scan your code at the board — or let the plate reader recognize the car you registered. Your order is already bagged and staged the moment you turn in.
Collect at the window
Your bag is handed through the window, size-checked. Try it against yourself in the car; anything that isn't right goes straight back at the same window, no second trip.

A store the size of a coffee stand.
A clothing store usually needs a big floor because the customer browses. Take the browsing online and the physical store collapses to one lane and a stockroom — cheap to open, quick to repeat, and fast for the person in the car.
Format
A single collection lane plus a compact fulfillment room — a footprint closer to a coffee drive-thru than a mall store.
Ordering
App and web only, ahead of arrival. The lane is for collection and swaps, not browsing.
Pickup
A scannable code, or optional license-plate recognition for cars you register to your account.
Stock
The fashion division's core garments and uniforms, held in the fulfillment room and restocked from the shop's catalog.
Returns & swaps
Handled at the window on the spot — wrong size out, right size in, or refunded to the card that paid.
Target hours
Long days, built around commutes — the point is that it fits a drive you were already making.
Under two minutes at the window. Because the order is staged before you turn in, the lane moves at pickup speed, not shopping speed.
Returns without the return trip. Try it in the car and swap or refund at the same window — the friction that kills online clothing is gone.
