SNVRKOTICS RIGHTS opens: representation for photographers with an archive, who keep their copyright
We copy a photographer's archive, catalog it, register it, license it on a published rate card and watch for unlicensed use. The photographer keeps the copyright and 60% of every license fee.

SNVRKOTICS RIGHTS, the representation program of SNVRKOTICS LLC, is live at snvrkimages.com/represent. It is for working photographers and estates with years of work on drives: the copyright stayed with them, and nothing in the archive is cataloged, registered or watched.
The offer, in the founder's words: "I'll copy your whole archive, catalog it, register the copyrights, and put it where buyers can find it. Costs you nothing. You keep your copyright. If it earns, we split it. If it doesn't, you still have the only backup and catalog you've ever had."
What a represented archive gets
Copy. Drives are copied twice before anything is read, every file is hashed, and the drives go back. Pickup or insured shipping is at our cost.
Catalog. Every frame is fingerprinted, its camera details are read from the file (location data removed), and a headline, caption, description and keywords are drafted for a person to review before anything is published. The archive becomes searchable on SNVRK IMAGES.
Register. Group copyright registrations are assembled from the catalog, one creator and one year at a time, with the title list and deposit prepared for filing.
License. Represented work is licensed rights-managed on the rate card: priced by what the use is for, where, for how long and whether anyone else may use it, with a $150 minimum and no buyouts. Advertising and exclusive uses need the photographer's written approval, which they give or refuse in their portal.
Detect. Every frame carries a perceptual fingerprint that survives re-encoding and cropping. Matches found on the web are checked against the license ledger first, so licensed use closes itself; anything else is reported to the photographer with the evidence, and nothing further happens without their written direction.
The terms, in plain language
The photographer keeps the copyright. They receive 60% of the gross of every license. They can have the complete archive back at any time, in open formats, and leave on 90 days' notice. No exclusive, perpetual or advertising use happens without their written approval. Every quarter brings a statement listing every license, and a specimen statement shows what one looks like before anyone signs.
The Archive Representation Agreement is published in full. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, the page says so above the first clause, and it is not offered for signature online until it has been.
Where the photographer sees it
A represented photographer signs in at snvrkotics.com/archive to see their catalog, licenses, statements, registrations and detected uses, to approve or decline quote requests, and to request a full export of their archive and its metadata.
What it is not
