SNVRKOTICS LLC today opened its research division at science.snvrkotics.com. It runs two programs, publishes its papers, and keeps its registrations and policies in the open, so the division can be read as research rather than as marketing.
Two programs
AgLab breeds plants for resilience under written, pre-registered protocols. The semiotics program studies how meaning and influence propagate through media. Both are at protocol stage: the protocols are written and registered, and the division says so rather than implying results it does not yet have.
Papers, in the open
The division's working papers are published on the papers page, each linked to where it lives, so the research is citable rather than described.
Registered and governed
The programs carry the registrations and the policies that a federal grant application requires, published on the site. A research division that means to apply for public money should be legible to the people deciding on it before it asks.
