SNVRKOTICS today published its identity: a mark, a wordmark and a brand kit, all available from the newsroom.
The mark
The mark is three shapes: a black disc, an orange V and a white Λ. It is the same in every colorway. On a dark surface the disc recedes into the ground and the V and the Λ carry it; on a light surface the disc reads as a coin. There is no inverse version, because inverting it would mean recoloring the disc, and a light disc swallows the Λ.
The wordmark
The wordmark is set in Swiss 911 Compressed, lowercase. The typeface is used for the wordmark and for display headings on SNVRKOTICS properties; it is licensed and is not distributed in the brand kit.
The palette
Canvas #0B0B0C, text #F4F1EC, panel #1B1B1D, hairline #343438, accent #FF4D00. The accent is used for one thing on a page at a time. Contrast figures for every pairing are printed beside the swatches in the brand kit, measured rather than assumed.
Using it
The mark and the wordmark may be used to refer to SNVRKOTICS in editorial coverage without permission. They may not be altered, recolored or combined with another mark, and they may not be used to imply endorsement. Right-clicking the mark anywhere on the site offers the brand kit as a download; the same files are listed on the newsroom.
